It's Good to be Home.

As a not-for-profit home and community care provider we serve seniors across the Greater Toronto Area. Our compassionate staff and volunteers are dedicated to helping support independence at home and enhancing quality of life in the face of health challenges we can all face as we age. Our programs and services help our clients live longer and happier lives in the comfort of their own homes, where most of them want to be. Last year, we helped over 10,000 clients.

Donations to Circle of Care have direct client impact. Funds raised support our signature programs and initiatives, including:

• • Healthy Meals delivered right to the door by volunteers and a wellness check
• • Transportation to medical appointments and grocery shopping
• • Hospice care and bereavement services for those who have lost a loved one
• • Extra assistance for low-income seniors
