  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Ontario.

    Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

  2. 2. 50/50

    1 for $5.00; 0 tickets
    5 for $20.00; 0 tickets
    20 for $60.00; 0 tickets
    50 for $100.00; 0 tickets

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: August 28, 2024 at 5:00:00 p.m. EDT

    Draw
    50/50 draw: August 30, 2024 at 10:00:00 a.m. EDT

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at 4211 Yonge Street, Suite 401, Toronto, ON M2P 2A9

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://circleofcare.rafflenexus.com/winners on August 30, 2024.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Circle of Care.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Circle of Care or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  5. 5. Privacy

    Circle of Care does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  6. 6. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: jsarne@circleofcare.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

  7. 7. Other

    Please email our team at jsarne@circleofcare.com should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

Our compassionate staff and volunteers are dedicated to helping support independence at home and enhancing quality of life in the face of health challenges we can all face as we age. Our programs and services help our clients live longer and happier lives in the comfort of their own homes, where most of them want to be. Last year, we helped over 10,000 clients.

Donations to Circle of Care have direct client impact. Funds raised support our signature programs and initiatives, including:

  • • Healthy Meals delivered right to the door by volunteers and a wellness check
  • • Transportation to medical appointments and grocery shopping
  • • Hospice care and bereavement services for those who have lost a loved one
  • • Extra assistance for low-income seniors
